The technology for bonding metal and glass while ensuring airtightness is the core of our hermetic sealed products. It is a technology that provides airtight bonding using all inorganic materials, and is an irreplaceable technology.

Hermetic sealed headers
We have been manufacturing and supplying them over the years. They are the essence of our products.

Cap with lens
A cap with a lens for light emitting elements.
It consists of a metal cap and a glass lens that are hermetically sealed.
There are 3 types of lens shapes available.
- Aspherical lens
- Spherical lens
- Flat lens

Seating with lens
- A seating with a lens for UV-LED elements using glass materials support UV-A, UV-B, and UV-C.
- Hermetic seal joins the lens and metalseating. By plating the seating with gold, it becomes a lens with a seating that can be bonded to the substrate with gold-tin solder.
- We support 3 shapes, spherical surface, aspherical surface and flat surface.
Lid with window (gold-tin bonding)
This is a product field that is expected to grow in the near future for next-generation optical communication and sensing.
We manufacture and supply windowed lids for the devices, which require airtightness and environmental resistance.
- A metal frame and a window is bonded and hermetically sealed to form a lid.
- A window uses high-strength sapphire with high-surface quality AR coating.
- A metal frame uses Kovar with high precision by cutting.
- The window and the metal frame is bonded and sealed gold-tin.
