Plating
Plating to our products is basically done at our own plating factory.
In addition, we have a partner network that can meet various plating needs.
Types,
- Electroless and electrolytic nickel plating
- Electrolytic gold plating
- For gold plating, we use gold with a purity compatible with wire bonding.
- We have a partial plating technology that selectively applies gold plating only to the leads (pins).
- Other chemical treatments such as degreasing treatment, chemical polishing treatment, cleaning treatment and so on in our plating factory are available.

Heat treatment
We can support heat treatment to metals using our continuous belt furnace.
- Annealing treatment such as strain removal after metal processing.
- Heat treatment in diffusion bonding that joins different metals.
- We are good at heat treatment in large quantities, but we can also handle small quantities.
